Dispatch Timelines:

  1. Estimated dispatch timelines are displayed on our website header. We recommend reviewing these timelines before placing an order.

  2. While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, we do not provide individual updates on dispatch dates. If you haven't heard from us within 5 days of payment, feel free to contact us.

  3. Domestic Orders (India): Dispatched within 3 to 5 working days.

  4. International Orders: Dispatched within 5 to 7 working days.


Domestic Shipping (India):

We primarily use Bluedart, Shree Tirupati Courier, and Professional Couriers.

  1. Bluedart: If selected, we dispatch through Bluedart and provide tracking information via email and/or WhatsApp.

  2. Other Couriers: If another courier is selected, we prioritize Tirupati Courier. If unavailable, we reserve the right to use Bluedart.

  3. Unserviceable Locations: If none of our courier partners service your location, we will contact you to explore alternatives. If you require a courier we do not use, you will need to arrange collection yourself.

  4. Amazon/Shiprocket: For certain pin codes, we may dispatch via Amazon or Shiprocket. Please note that we cannot assist with follow-ups on these until 7 days post-dispatch.

  5. Tracking & Responsibility:

    • Customers are responsible for tracking their shipments.

    • We will assist only if there is no update after 4 days from dispatch or if there are address/contact issues.

  6. Courier Delays: Delays due to courier services are beyond our control and are to be expected occasionally.

  7. Lost Shipments & Insurance:

    • In case of lost shipments, we assist with filing insurance claims.

    • Resending orders will only occur after claim resolution.


International Shipping:

We use DHL for international orders and recommend placing small initial orders before scaling up.

  1. Customs & Duties:

    • Prices include shipping, documentation, and material costs only.

    • Customs duties, taxes, and handling fees are the buyer’s responsibility. We ship under "DAP" (Delivered At Place).

  2. HSN Codes:

    • We ship under the following codes:

      • 29122990 (Perfumery Raw Materials)

      • 33030040 (Fragrance Materials)

    • Please check with local authorities if these codes are acceptable. Inform us in advance if alternatives are needed.

  3. Documents Provided:

    • COA: Basic internal certificate with technical parameters.

    • MSDS: Consolidated MSDS for the entire order. Specific requests may require additional time or customer-provided data.

  4. Compliance & Customs:

    • It is your responsibility to ensure you meet all regulatory and import requirements.

    • We do not provide refunds for shipments rejected by customs.

  5. Order Consultation:

  6. Handling Returns:

    • In some countries (e.g., UAE), rejected shipments must be returned to India. Return shipping and disposal costs may be charged for future orders.
